To verify the authenticity of a document generated through the Al Hilal Electronic Printing Co. Ltd. Employee Portal, the recipient should scan the QR code on the document and enter the OTP provided by the document owner. The OTP will remain valid for one week from the date it is issued. Once the OTP is entered correctly, the authenticity of the document can be confirmed by checking that the document generated through the verification process matches the document presented for verification.
